What is bulk SMS?

Bulk SMS is the term used to describe the act of sending a text message to numerous recipients at once from the web. Bulk SMS platform like Elizsms247 is a tool that enables you to reach your target groups, customers, partners, members, staff, relations, friends, contractors, vendors, and the general public with a customized sender ID on a scheduled

date and time at a cheap rate.

How can I use your service?

You must register before you can use our service. Registration is FREE. Send a mail to yanderaphael@gmail.com with the subject “CREATE MY USER ACCOUNT”. Provide the following information:

a. Your Company name

b. User password

c. Email address

d. Your name

e. Your phone number

f. Username

After registration, you have access to your Member Area and all our services.

I want to test your service. How can I get Free SMS credits to do that?

Upon registration, you are automatically assigned ten (10) FREE credits to test our bulk SMS service.

How do I send bulk SMS?

To send bulk SMS on our platform is easy. Log in to your account and click on SEND SMS. Type the phone number you want to send the message to, enter your Sender ID, type your message and click ‘Send’. You are done!

What is Sender ID?

A sender ID is a customized name you want the recipients to see when they receive your message. For example, you have received alerts from your bank with sender ID like ECOBANK, GTBank, DiamondBank, etc. Your Sender ID can be the name of your company, church or school. On our platform, your sender ID is your USERNAME.

How and where can I buy SMS credits?

When you have determined how much SMS credits you need, you can purchase SMS credits either by paying with ATM transfer, Mobile transfer or by cash deposits directly into our Bank account. We have not made provision for online payment with credit card yet. Please always specify your username as the depositor so that your account can be credited immediately.

Your Account will be credited within 48 hours after confirming your payment.

I want to buy much SMS credits, how long will I use it? Do your SMS credits expire?

Our SMS credits do not expire. If you have the credit balance in your account, you can use it for as long as you wish.

How many messages can I send at a time?

You can send a message to as many numbers as you want at any time if you have enough SMS credits to do so.

In what format should the bulk file be?

The numbers must be in a text file or Excel with .csv or .txt file extension. As long as the numbers are in a text file, and they are human readable, separated from one another by being on a new line, our application can pick them out. Your numbers must be in this format: 234803xxxxxxx. Do not use the format like 803xxxxxxx or +234803xxxxxxx otherwise your message will not be delivered.

What is the minimum credit I can buy?

The minimum SMS credits you can buy from us is N1,250 i.e. 500 units.

Can I send SMS to other countries?

Yes. You can send to over 210 Networks around the globe.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

At the login page, you will see a link with words ‘Forgot Password?’Click the link to recover your password. If you are having challenges recovering your login details, quickly contact us.

I sent a message and it has not delivered. What do I do?

Whenever you send a message and it is taking time to deliver, quickly contact us for support.
